Curvco’s 40×60 Metal Arch Building is prefabricated using a one size nut and bolt construction. They are designed for rapid deployment and go up fast. All the holes are pre-fabricated for a fast and easy assembly. Made for the DIY enthusiast, our metal garages come with erection and foundation manuals. Every metal building is manufactured using heavy duty 22 gauge steel which makes these buildings superior against hurricane rated winds and heavy snow loads. Front and rear walls with framed openings are among the most popular accessories including man doors, roof skylights, turbine vent kits, window frames, double slider doors and more! A steel arch building such as the one shown here can be erected with a small crew over a 2–3-day period. Every Curvco Steel Building comes with an industry-high 50-year warranty against rust perforation and corrosion ensuring the longevity of your structure.
