The initial payment made for a steel structure order is eligible for a refund within 72 hours of signing the purchase order agreement. Past this timeframe, deposits become non-refundable. Once an order is confirmed with the factory, steel allocation, installation scheduling, administrative services, order review and entry, and engineering processes occur.
